Hello all, the anniversary of Wayne's death has arrived once more and next week will be the anniversary of his and our dear friend and comrade Anne who passed about a week later. Whenever we took Wayne to Liverpool Anne would always make soup and other food stuffs for Wayne but not the rest of us. I couldn't stop thinking about some of Waynes taste in Music. I was never a country fan not until after Waynes passed away. It really makes no difference I suppose but I thought I would let him know that I have got quite into some of it. Years back when I was a musician I used to make sure that we played at least three country songs whenever we played in Nelson just for my old mate. Well my old friend I have been listening to some Jerry Reed (guitar man) and Chet Atkins. It's quite unbelievable stuff to listen to, wish I had done it years ago, I'd have really enjoyed playing it. You sleep soundly my old friend. Meanwhile you will always be in my thoughts, God bless you Wayne, may he always watch over you. We all miss you.
